Chainsaw Man offers a unique set of characters, all special in their own dark, weird and often disturbing ways. Denji himself is an outlandish personality; a blend of naivety, straightforwardness, bravery, and moments of stupendous dumbness. The supporting cast is also developed well within the confines of this one season, with special mention to Power, Denji’s fellow devil hunter, and Makima, the enigmatic devil control division head.
Sound & Music
The background score, sound effects, and the peppy yet eerie opening theme add the cherry on top of this bizarre but thoroughly enjoyable cake.
